Spend an evening with the family seeing awe-inspiring silk lanterns that light up the night. This year there are 28 lantern sculptures and performance from Chinese acrobats. Chinese folk artists will also be selling their crafts. Take a break at the Dragon Beer Garden or meet friends there. Watch out for the 200-foot-long dragon!
Some of activities that caught our eye were Sugar Art / Crafting, Paper Cutting, and Plate Spinning. You can read the whole list of activities here.
The festival is by 6th and Race Streets. Open Sun. – Thur. 7pm-11pm and Fri. – Sat. 6pm-11pm. The regular park opens at 6am, but closes before the festival.
