Tuckfest Dog Jog & Music Festival
Special Interest: Festival ExpoGreat OutdoorsJust for FunOutdoor PlayRunning
This event coincides with Tuckfest Outdoor Lifestyle & Music Festival (April 19-22). The Dog Jog is a 4 mile trail run on the USNWC trail system, starting at Ridge Pavilion. Dogs must be on leash at all times.
Please note that music concerts are free to the public. Although the facility allows dogs it may not be best to bring them in an extremely crowded area with loud music – use your best judgement. Dogs are allowed generally, except in other competitions and races (other than the Dog Jog). Lodgings are not available on site but the nearest campgrounds are The McDowell Nature Preserve and KOA Charlotte. Hotels are also plentiful in the area.
For a list of trails that will be available, visit the US National Whitewater website.
This is an event we think is well worth it. The flat registration fee entitles you to all 35+ competitions and races across 4 days.
