Go Beach Camping With Your Dog

    Special Interest: BeachCamping

Who doesn’t love the beach? It’s a completely new experience for many dogs with new smells and sounds. It’s also an opportunity to run in a wide open space off-leash.

Take a picture of your dog at your camping spot. Where did you camp? Any must-see, must-do activities around the campsite?

    Activities: Beach, Camping

    TAGS: Beach, Camping

Items Needed: Camping gear, food, fresh water, poop bags, short leash, long leash, optional beach toys, optional harness, something to keep your dog cool or warm, dog bedding, towel, brush, first aid kit, paw protection, copy of your dog's health and vaccination records, tweezers or tick remover, dog brush, waterproof storage system, and any additional safety items for humans and dogs.

Safety: Some campsites and national parks do not allow dogs. Make sure that you comply with all park rules and regulations. Please also prevent your dog from drinking ocean water as this can cause your dog to vomit or become dehydrated.
